This depends on the keepsake you choose and the size of the garments. Please see the individual product pages for specific guidance (e.g., Memory Bears usually need 5-7 baby grows or 1 adult shirt). If unsure, contact us!

Please ensure all clothing is freshly laundered. Items should be in reasonable condition, though we understand some wear is natural for cherished clothes. Very delicate or heavily damaged fabrics may not be suitable, but please discuss with us.

Yes, please! If there are specific logos, badges, embroidery, or parts of a pattern you’d like us to feature, let us know by including a note with your clothes. We’ll do our very best to incorporate these.

Creation times vary by product due to the handcrafted nature. Typical estimates are: Memory Bears 4-6 weeks, Cushions 3-5 weeks, Blankets 6-10 weeks, from the date we receive your clothes. We will give you a more specific estimate upon receipt of your items.
